Our metal fabrication facility opened in 2008 in Acheson and has since moved to at 60,000 sq ft full-service manufacturing facility in Drayton Valley called RJ Machineworks. We have a complete in-house engineering, design, CAD drafting, welding, and machining shop. We pride ourselves on providing high quality, cost-effective precision products relating to the oil and gas industry. We strive to deliver the newest technologies to industry, enabling our clients to maximize the potential of each project. Structural
Using CWB standards we do a complete start to finish structural fabrication, including superstructural and open skid concept.
Piping
Our complete piping packages are certified to ASME & B31.3 Standards. We have all Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, capabilities.
Vessel
We have the ability to design any size or pressure vessel for a start to finish fabrication under the ABSA Section VIII Div. (1 U-Stamped Approved)
Assembly
Our complete project assembly includes structural, piping, and vessels as well as Hydro commissioning.
Fabrication
Complete general fabrication and production including piping, structural, and vessels.
Process Piping
We can complete any piping process for any project, including high and low pressure.
